2026 maintenance plans
An annual maintenance check will be performed on each installed equipment after the first year of installation. Generally, this maintenance check will take around 45 minutes to one hour. All equipment is tested for proper operation, cleaned, and if necessary, parts such as filters are replaced. All electrical wiring, drain lines and ducts (if existing) are checked. Refrigerant is checked for levels and leaks, recharged if necessary. This is by no means an exhaustive list. Please ASK your technician for additional information regarding additional components.
