HVAC Equipment Options

Comfort systems matched to your home, budget, and goals.

Choosing equipment should not feel like decoding model numbers. LLama helps you compare heat pumps, mini-splits, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, coils, and controls in plain English.

The right system depends on the house.

We look at existing ductwork, room layout, insulation, electrical needs, efficiency goals, rebates, and your budget before recommending equipment.

HP

Heat pumps

Efficient year-round heating and cooling, often a strong fit for Puget Sound homes looking to lower energy use.

Central cooling options for homes with forced-air systems, existing ductwork, or AC-ready upgrades.

FN

Reliable heating options for homes that need gas, electric, or forced-air furnace repair or replacement.

AH

Important indoor components that help move, heat, cool, and condition the air through your home.

BR

Trusted brands

We match equipment to the job, including ductless and high-efficiency options from quality HVAC manufacturers.

Good, better, best should be clear.

We explain tradeoffs like efficiency, noise, warranty, comfort, installation complexity, and total cost so you can choose confidently.

Planning a replacement?

We can inspect the current system and help decide whether repair, replacement, heat pump conversion, or mini-split zoning makes the most sense.

Quality HVAC brands, installed for the way your home actually works.

LLama works with trusted equipment lines and recommends the system that fits the job, not just the biggest model number on a brochure.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Air Conditioners come in two types – split system and package system. A split system is ideal if your home is equipped with an existing furnace or air handler and existing ductwork. Another necessary component would be the coil.

The Furnace will generate heat only by means of gas, oil or electric to provide the warmth in your home. In general, a furnace is usually necessary in colder climates to provide reliable heat during the winter months.

The Air Handler (AHU) works in conjunction with the furnace or heat pump to push either heated or cooled air through the ductwork in your home and distributed to your home’s living area for the comfort of its occupants.

Heat Pumps are all-in-one HVAC systems that can heat and cool your home. Heat pumps are the global standard for heating and cooling. They work together with Wall Mounted Units to provide each room with its individual comfort level.
